Chinese herbal medicine, a major aspect of traditional Chinese medicine focuses on the use of herbs to nourish the body, thereby restoring a balance of energy, body, and spirit to maintain good health. Acupuncture and Massage Therapy classes also form part of this one-of-a kind tour, so with a visit to the Shanghai Martial Arts Center.

Day 2: Beijing
Full day escorted city tour includes Tian An Men Square, the largest square in the world, where the five-star red flag is raised at dawn, and lowered at sunset everyday; the Ancient Forbidden City, the largest and best preserved palace in the world; the beautiful Summer Palace, one of the most classic gardens in the world. Enjoy a welcome Peking Duck dinner tonight.

Day 3: Beijing
Get up early to Tiantan Park to watch the morning Tai Chi Exercises and enjoy the Sword Dance. Then visit the Chinese Medicine Hospital and acupuncture clinics, where you will be given lectures by the experts and doctors. Also visit the Chinese medicine school and pharmacies with herbal medicines.

Day 4: Beijing
Full day escorted excursion to the Mutianyu Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Changling Exhibition Hall of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty were buried. Of them, Changling Mausoleum is well known for its grand architecture. Enjoy the Martial Art performance tonight.

Day 5: Beijing to Baoding
Two hours drive to Baoding, famed for its Qigong and related breathing exercises and treatment, fitness instruments and the society that respects the seniors. It is also a Chinese herbal medicine distribution center, where you can sample a lot of curative food with herbal medicine produced in the northern China. Visit Baoding Chinese Medicine Hospital and Zhidi Presidential House, and Chinese herbal wholesale center. Check into your hotel

Day 6: Baoding/Anguo/Baoding
Attend the morning Tai Chi exercises, then drive to Anguo to visit the Temple of the King of Medicine, and the herbal medicine market. After a medicinal herb lunch, drive back to Baoding.

Day 7: Baoding to Beijing to Xi'an
Drive back to Beijing and fly to Xi'an, a world-renowned ancient capital of 13 Dynasties, which is the starting point of the ancient Silk Road. Its long-standing history and colorful culture have left over numerous brilliant historical sites and precious cultural relics. An afternoon city tour includes the Provincial Historic Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda dating from the Tang Dynasty, 1352 years ago, and also visit the ancient City Wall, the largest and well-preserved extant wall in China and one of a few ancient military facilities in the world. Day 8: Xi'an
Full day sightseeing includes the Excavations of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, one of the greatest archaeological finds of the century, the extraordinary life Csized terra-cotta warriors were buried with the first emperor for over 2200 years. Also visit Huaqing Imperial Hot Spring, and Banpo Neolithic Museum. After a dumpling dinner, attend the Tang Dynasty Music Show tonight.

Day 9: Xi'an/Xianyang/Xi'an
Visit the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the display of the Chinese medicine and herbal specimens. While in the school, enjoy the Three Magic Qigong performance. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Tui Na (Massage Therapy) and acupuncture treatment; also watch the performance of Tai Chi Ch'uan and attend its classes.

Day 10: Xi'an to Shanghai
Take a morning flight to Shanghai, known as Paris in the East, upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. An afternoon city tour includes the famed Bund, walking along the waterfront of the Huangpu River.

Day 11: Shanghai
Today you visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yu Garden and the Pearl of the Orient C TV Tower. After dinner, enjoy an astonishing acrobatic show.

Day 12: Shanghai
Today you visit Shanghai Martial Art Center and get martial art lessons, practice martial arts with the students. The afternoon is free at your own leisure. Shop on Nanjing and Huai Hai Roads for souvenirs and gifts.
Day 13: Shanghai to Wuxi
Drive to Wuxi, a beautiful city by the famed Lake Tai, the third largest fresh water lake in China. Upon arrival, tour the Lake Tai, Turtle Neck Islet, and Xihui Park. Check into Picturesque Hotel tonight.

Day 14: Wuxi to Shanghai
Visit the Pottery Museum and the Lingshan Buddha. Learn traditional Chinese methods -Tai Chi Boxing and Tai Chi Sword, and hot spring medicine bath treatment from the local Chinese martial arts masters. Enjoy the quiet lakeside scenery and friendly local people. Drive back to Shanghai in the afternoon and check into your hotel A farewell dinner party is held tonight.
